Responsibilities

• Back-of-House cleanliness, including pot washing and dishwashing, removal of garbage, floor sanitation, cleaning/maintenance of kitchen equipment, and wiping down stations.
• Ensures plates and utensils are stocked and clean.
• Prepare and transport food from the kitchen to assigned locations; unload and store items.
• Store and prepare food items ensuring freshness and safety.
• Monitor stations for presentation; maintain carving stations per health regulations.
• Maintain and stock break areas and cafeteria service stations.
• Perform other duties of a general kitchen capacity as needed.
