Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team. You will help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen, assist with dishwashing, and ensure supplies are stocked to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Basic kitchen sanitation knowledge.
• Experience with commercial dishwashers preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and obtain food safety certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Wash utensils, equipment and dishes by hand or in a dishwasher.
• Stock supplies in serving stations and storage areas.
• Sweep and wash floors.
• Assist with deliveries and coordinate with management as needed.
