Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret basic documents and write routine notes.
• Able to perform repetitive dishwashing and prep tasks safely.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing long periods.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dirty dishes and loads the dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans and trays by hand or machine.
• Completes all assigned prep work.
• Removes trash and garbage to dumpster area.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and floors.
• Assembles and maintains the dish machine.
• Transports cases up to 50 pounds up to 20 times daily.
• Works indoors most of the time with some outdoor duties.
• Responds promptly to emergencies to avoid danger.
