Job summary

Team Schostak Family Restaurants is seeking a dependable General Utility to maintain clean, sanitary kitchen areas, assist in food preparation, and support a fast-paced service environment across multiple dining locations.

The role involves dishwashing, stock handling, trash removal, and light prep; most work is indoors with some outdoor exposure during shifts. You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work as part of a team in a safety-conscious setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry dish racks up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to work in a hot and damp environment and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dirty dishes and loads the dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays by hand and/or machine.
• Performs light prep work as assigned.
• Removes trash and garbage to dumpster area.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and floors.
• Transports cases up to 50 pounds.
• Works indoors and outdoors as needed.
