Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a General Utility to support our busy Carlos O’Kelly’s kitchen. You’ll help with dishwashing, basic prep, sanitation, and keeping work areas clean and organized as a member of the Kitchen Team.

Qualifications

• Desire to care for others and learn.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Transports cases up to 50 pounds up to 20 times per day.
• Places plates, utensils, pans and cases on high/low shelves.
• Works indoors (90%), outdoors (10%).
• Works in hot and damp environments.
• Responds to emergencies to avoid danger to self/others.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dirty dishes and preps for the dish machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand and/or machine.
• Completes all assigned prep work.
• Removes trash to dumpster area.
• Washes work areas, walls, equipment and floors.
• Cleans garbage cans and trash receptacles.
• Assembles, maintains, and breaks down the dish machine.
