Responsibilities include cleaning and washing dishware, maintaining sanitation standards, assisting with heavy lifting, and daily and monthly deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen or food prep area is preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and follow safety rules.
• Capable of heavy lifting and physical cleaning tasks.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, prepping and washing dishware, silverware, glassware, pots and pans.
• Ensuring chemical dispensers and cleaning supplies are adequate and safe.
• Sweeping and mopping floors as directed.
• Emptying and cleaning garbage from kitchen to dumpster.
• Assisting with heavy lifting.
• Daily cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces, including dishwasher.
• Monthly cleaning of all kitchen surfaces and appliances.
• Assisting in the dining room and returning soiled dishes to the kitchen.
