Thrive Restaurant Group is a family-owned restaurant company seeking a General Utility / Dishwasher to join our kitchen team in Sioux City, IA. You’ll keep dishware, utensils and surfaces clean and sanitary while supporting food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Ability to transport cases up to 50 pounds 20 times per day.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dirty dishes and loads them into the dishwashing machine (50%).
• Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand and/or machine (15%).
• Completes all assigned prep work (10%).
• Removes trash and garbage to dumpster area (10%).
• Washes work area tables, walls, and equipment (5%).
• Cleans garbage cans and trash receptacles (5%).
• Assembles, maintains and breaks down the dish machine (5%).
