Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience in food service, dishwashing, or hospitality.
• Safe Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation, including cutting, portioning, and plating as directed.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment according to health and safety standards.
• Set up dining rooms before meals and clean after meals while maintaining hospitality standards.
• Take meal and drink orders when needed and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals and dining experience.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules as directed by the Culinary Director.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
• Assist with stocking supplies and rotating inventory.
• Support orientation and training of new culinary team members as directed.
