Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• STA Kitchen Worker certification preferred.
• Knowledge of proper stove and equipment cleaning techniques preferred.
• Familiarity with handling industrial cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, floors, grills, broilers, and other surfaces.
• Conduct high-dusting throughout kitchen and beverage outlets.
• Use cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations to sanitize equipment and workspaces.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, sinks, garbage disposals, and related equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Transport garbage, recycling, and debris to designated disposal locations.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and safety policies.
