Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking team members for the Heart of House kitchen in Concord, CA. You will prepare and cook menu items, maintain sanitation, and support opening/closing duties to ensure a smooth shift.

We value reliability, food safety knowledge, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting. Prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required, and lifting up to 50 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Must obtain and maintain food safety certifications, where required by state/local law.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and shifts past 12:00 AM.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and teammates to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.

• Ability to work shifts of 6 hours or longer.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
