Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Kitchen Team Member who will deliver top-notch customer service, keep the deli area clean and stocked, and help the team through busy shifts.

No prior experience required; we will teach you. The role includes food preparation, following safety guidelines, and supporting store operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service while answering questions about menu offerings.
• Prepare deli items per guides: salads, fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness per company policies.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Move/lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

As a Kitchen Team Member, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
