Chick-fil-A Denham Springs is seeking a Morning Kitchen Team Member to help start the day strong by preparing fresh ingredients and keeping breakfast and lunch running smoothly.

No restaurant experience is required, and we provide hands-on training in a supportive environment with opportunities for advancement. Morning and daytime shifts are available, with Sundays off and a focus on quality and teamwork.

Qualificações

• No restaurant experience required; hands-on training provided.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (approx. 20-50).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A menu items according to quality and food-safety standards.
• Help prep kitchen and workstations for daily operations.
• Learn multiple kitchen positions and production areas.
• Prepare ingredients for breakfast, lunch, and remainder of day.
• Work with accuracy and urgency during peak periods.
• Assist with restocking ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies.

What You'll Do

Your morning begins by helping the restaurant get ready for a successful day. Throughout breakfast and lunch, you'll work alongside Team Members and Leaders to prepare fresh, high-quality food and keep kitchen operations moving efficiently.

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and cooking Chick-fil-A menu items according to quality and food-safety standards
• Helping prepare the kitchen and workstations for daily operations
• Learning multiple kitchen positions and production areas
• Preparing ingredients and products needed for breakfast, lunch, and the remainder of the day
• Working with accuracy and urgency during breakfast and lunch periods
• Monitoring product levels and communicating preparation needs with the team
• Restocking ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies
• Maintaining clean, organized, and food-safe work areas
• Following proper food handling, sanitation, and equipment-safety procedures
• Completing assigned morning preparation and operational tasks
• Participating in hands-on training and continued development
• Supporting teammates wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
