Job summary

Fire Bowl Café in Round Rock, TX is hiring Back of House Team Members to support line, prep, and wok stations across Arbor and Lakeline locations. This full-time role offers a fast-paced kitchen environment, a competitive hourly wage, and opportunities to learn multiple positions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food items according to established recipes.
• Work at line, prep, and wok stations with proper timing and portions.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow sanitation procedures.
• Keep stations stocked and communicate shortages.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
• Follow all food safety standards including FIFO procedures.
