Job summary

Fire Bowl Café in Austin, TX is hiring Front of House Team Members for multiple locations, including Arbor and Lakeline. This part-time role offers shifts from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM with weekend availability, cross-training in Food Runner, Cashier, and Expo, and a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting operations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with restaurant/customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, professional demeanor.
• Team-oriented and dependable with willingness to assist teammates.
• Ability to learn and understand the menu and food safety standards.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and changing customer volume.
• Willingness to cross-train in all Front of House positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests and answering menu questions.
• Work across Front of House positions, including Food Runner, Cashier, and Expo.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment following sanitation guidelines.
• Support smooth restaurant operations and assist teammates during busy periods.
