Fire Bowl Café is hiring Back of House Team Members across our Round Rock, Arbor, Lakeline, and Brodie locations in Austin, TX. These full-time roles involve line, prep, and wok work in a fast-paced kitchen, with a 10:00 AM–9:30 PM schedule and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow recipes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and standards.
• Work stations including line, prep, and wok with proper cooking times and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe kitchen and proper sanitation.
• Keep stations stocked and notify shortages to team members.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
