Responsibilities

• Preparing ingredients and helping make fresh food for the buffet.
• Following Chuck-A-Rama recipes and preparation instructions.
• Setting up and stocking kitchen workstations.
• Helping cooks and other kitchen team members prepare food.
• Keeping ingredients, supplies, and equipment organized and ready to use.
• Checking food for quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Keeping kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Safely using kitchen tools and equipment.
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicating with teammates to keep food and supplies moving.
• Cleaning as you work and helping with end-of-shift duties.
• Jumping in wherever an extra set of hands is needed.
