Chuck-A-Rama is seeking a friendly Server to help guests enjoy a welcoming dining experience. You will greet guests, deliver drinks, and ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.

As a buffet restaurant, focus on guest care and quick service. Cash tips are paid daily, and the team values reliability and teamwork across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

At Chuck-A-Rama, great meals are about more than what's on the buffet—they're about making people feel welcome. Our Servers help create the friendly, comfortable experience that keeps families coming back.

As a Server, you'll take care of guests throughout their visit by welcoming them to their table, keeping drinks filled, clearing dishes, and making sure they have everything they need to enjoy their meal. Because we're a buffet, you won't spend your shift taking complicated food orders. You'll get to focus on what matters most: taking great care of people.

And here's a nice perk: your tips are paid in cash and aren't split with other team members.

What You'll Do

A typical shift may include:

• Greeting guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Taking and delivering drink orders quickly and accurately
• Keeping drinks filled throughout the meal
• Clearing and bussing tables so guests have a clean, comfortable space
• Keeping our made-from-scratch dessert and topping bar stocked, clean, and inviting
• Checking in with guests and helping with questions or requests
• Working with your teammates to keep the dining room running smoothly
• Keeping your section clean, organized, and ready for the next guest

Great Servers don't just deliver drinks, they notice what guests need before they have to ask. We're looking for someone who:

• Genuinely enjoys working with people
• Is friendly, attentive, and dependable
• Can multitask and move quickly in a busy restaurant
