Job summary

Chick-fil-A Hanes Mall is seeking a Back of House Team Member in Winston-Salem, NC. This role supports the Owner/Operator and delivers the Chick-fil-A signature service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include food preparation, station knowledge, inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The position offers full and part-time hours, with Sundays closed and opportunities for growth and scholarships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and organized at all times
• Keep up to date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up to date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned by leadership
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Maintain Honor, Dignity and Respect and adhere to the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Hanes Mall
• Complete duties as assigned by leadership
