Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring Back of House Team Members at a location in High Point, NC. This role involves preparing, assembling, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards, stocking inventory, and keeping the kitchen clean and safe.

You will work with a friendly team and gain development opportunities with a scholarship option. The position offers both full-time and part-time hours, with a complement of benefits and a schedule that can include Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
• Consistent and reliable with a cheerful attitude.

• Able to multi-task and work well independently or in a team.
• Able to lift and carry 10–40 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of kitchen station assignments including assembling and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times and stay up-to-date on new products.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to leadership.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned and adhere to dress code.
• Participate in training and stay updated on changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
