Job summary

Chick-fil-A Louisville is seeking a Back of House Team Member to prepare, cook, assemble and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, following Chick-fil-A standards while delivering signature service and a great guest experience. The role requires following local health procedures, stocking inventory, and keeping the kitchen neat and organized.

This position offers early shifts (as early as 5 AM) and both part-time or full-time options, with Saturdays required and Sundays closed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Follow all procedures and processes set by local health department
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
