Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable, cheerful and customer-focused.
• Able to lift 20–35 lbs regularly and stand long periods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Works well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain knowledge through in-house training and stay updated on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks and adhere to rules and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
