Job summary

Chick-fil-A Enterprise is seeking a Back of House Team Member for a part-time role. You will work directly with an independent Owner/Operator to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service and food, while learning operational skills in a fast-paced kitchen.

This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. You will handle food prep, cooking, stocking, and opening/closing tasks, with opportunities for growth and a scholarship program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
