Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare California Chicken Café's scratch-made recipes and keep back kitchen clean and organized.
• Follow production lists accurately and efficiently.
• Store and label foods per Health Department regulations.
• Read, comprehend, and execute recipes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, stocked restaurant.
• Make and package guest food orders.
• Communicate any issues with food quality, equipment, or work environment.
