Job summary

Chick-fil-A White Oaks seeks Team Members with weekday daytime availability to join a fast-paced restaurant team. You will participate in a structured growth path, receive coaching, and have opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

We emphasize a culture of teamwork, with promotions based on performance and development of team members. Weekend and evening shifts may become available as needs change, with Sundays off in some schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous fast‑food or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow into leadership roles.
• Weekend or evening availability is acceptable but daytime shifts are prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and maintain cleanliness.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to leadership.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and adhere to dress code at all times.
• Support cross-training throughout restaurant operations.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Have the ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs on a regular basis

Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
