Job summary

Ladybird Taco is hiring Kitchen Team Members (Cook, Line Cook, or Prep Cook) to join a fast-paced kitchen focused on great food and hospitality. You’ll prepare tacos, sides, and proteins while upholding high safety and cleanliness standards, and you’ll collaborate closely with a caring, hungry team.

You’ll report to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager and have opportunities for advancement as you grow into culinary or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook, line cook or prep cook is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrates teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Familiar with food safety standards.
• Able to obtain a food handler’s permit.
• Comfortable using kitchen tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook tacos, sides, and proteins to Ladybird standards
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures
• Keep prep, line, and dish areas clean and organized
• Restock and rotate ingredients throughout service and communicate with teammates to keep the line flowing
• Receive and put away deliveries
• Support the team wherever needed – everyone pitches in
