Qualifications

• Experience in food service environments and handling food safely.
• Demonstrates teamwork and a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food meets safety and quality standards.
• Prep cold and hot items using prep worksheets.
• Follow knife safety procedures and operate kitchen equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized stations and assist with line setup/breakdown.
• Communicate between Hospitality and Kitchen to ensure smooth operation.
