Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work with urgency without sacrificing quality or professionalism.
• Solid teamwork and communication skills.
• Open availability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep hot and cold menu items in a fast-moving kitchen.
• Rotate through stations such as breading, equipment/machines, prep, and dishwashing.
• Follow Chick-fil-A's food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak meal rushes.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-first kitchen.
• Gain exposure to both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Help build a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

Pay: $13.50–$17/hr based on experience and availability — up to $17/hr for Team Members with open, full-time availability
