Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support our fast food operation with food preparation, assembly and cooking to Chick-fil-A standards. You will help with back-of-house tasks, stock materials and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

No experience required; training provided; must be reliable, energetic and team-oriented. Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, able to lift up to 50 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble and present food to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Handle cold and hot fast food prep and food assembly.
• Assist back of house stations including fries, breading and boards.
• Stock BOH inventory to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
