Job summary

Chick-fil-A San Benito is seeking a Back of House Team Member to join a busy kitchen and deliver signature Chick-fil-A hospitality. You will prepare, cook, and present food quickly while upholding the brand's standards.

This role offers full-time and part-time hours, a supportive team environment, Sundays off, competitive pay, and growth opportunities as you learn from an experienced Operator.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old on hire date.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Cheerful attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Customer service mindset even behind the scenes.
• Able to multitask and maintain quality under pressure.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 30–50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely while meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Master responsibilities in all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock and manage kitchen inventory and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times.
• Stay informed on new menu items and procedures; operate equipment safely and report issues.
• Complete opening or closing responsibilities as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on procedures and rules.
• Follow all Chick-fil-A rules, safety guidelines, and dress code policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely while meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Master responsibilities in all kitchen stations, including: fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
