Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support fast-paced, guest-focused operations in our restaurant. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with growth opportunities and weekend flexibility.

You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely to Chick-fil-A standards, stock inventory, keep the kitchen tidy, and complete opening or closing tasks. Benefits include tuition assistance, scholarships, and an in-house leadership development program.

Responsibilities

• Know kitchen station duties (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistent and reliable
• If full time must be fully available (Monday‑Saturday)
• If part time, daytime must be available (Monday‑Friday 4am‑4pm, all day Saturday) or nighttime (Monday‑Friday 2pm‑11pm, all day Saturday)
• High School student must be available (Monday‑Friday 4pm‑10:30pm and fully available on Saturday)
