Job summary

Chick-fil-A in New Jersey is seeking Back of House Team Members. The role involves preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards, with knowledge of multiple kitchen stations and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Team Members will maintain a tidy kitchen, stock inventory, work safely around equipment, and adhere to dress code and company rules. Flexibility in scheduling is required to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
