Chick-fil-A in Town of Cheektowaga is hiring Back of House Team Members to support an independent Owner/Operator and deliver a safe, high-quality dining experience. This role involves cooking, assembling, stocking, and maintaining kitchen sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn responsibilities across kitchen stations, adapt to new product rollouts, and work with a team to ensure guests receive great service. Flexible scheduling and development opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently per Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and maintain sanitation.
• Implement new Chick-fil-A product rollouts and follow safety rules.
• Report maintenance or compliance issues to leadership.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently in accordance with Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Maintain kitchen sanitation
• Integrate and implement new Chick-fil-A product rollouts
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance and or compliance issues to leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
