As a Deli Host, your role encompasses more than daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brighten their day with excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will provide training.

Job Functions:

1. Provide general customer service, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
3. Accurately prepare deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups according to preparation guides.
4. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure food safety using various methods and technologies.
5. Cross-training opportunities in other departments like Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
6. Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
