Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare and present consistent, great-tasting food according to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza recipes and standards.
• Maintain the highest sanitation and safety standards daily.
• Ensure all recipes, procedures, storage, rotation, safety guidelines, and product specifications are followed to ensure high-quality, safe food for guests.
• Stock stations to the manager-prescribed levels to meet guest needs.
• Ensure all food plates are presented according to Anthony’s standards.
• Maintain high quality and sanitation practices throughout the shift.

Job Details

This position is generally offered as a full-time or part-time restaurant job. Prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, grill cook, fry cook, chef, restaurant crew member, or other part-time back-of-house restaurant roles is highly desirable.

Requirements

• No previous restaurant experience is required, but good communication skills with managers and team members are essential.
• Ability to work standing throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely and accurately handle kitchen knives, meat slicers, mixers, and other food preparation utensils.
• Practice high sanitary standards, including frequent hand washing.
• Must be 18 years or older to handle mixers, food processors, or meat slicers.
