Job summary

Chick-fil-A Lake Boone Trail is hiring for a Kitchen position in Raleigh. The role focuses on preparing high quality, craveable foods for guests in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will communicate with front of house and learn all menu recipes, contributing to a clean, efficient, and courteous dining experience. We offer weekly Sunday offs, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with front of house and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality and craveable food for guests.
• Maintain a calm, efficient, hospitable environment during peak times.
• Interact with front of house to ensure smooth service and communication.
• Learn and follow all menu item recipes and standards.
• Assist with cleaning and organizational duties as needed.
