Chick-fil-A New Tampa is hiring Kitchen Team Members for part-time and full-time roles in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Starting pay is $14/hr for part-time and $15.50/hr for full-time, with opportunities to grow and develop through certified training.

Responsibilities include preparing menu items per Chick-fil-A recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following food safety guidelines while staying efficient during rush periods.

• Communicate effectively with team members and leaders
• Support fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties depending on your availability
• Washing dishes, breading chicken, rotating inventory within freezer, operating fryers, sweeping floors, etc.
