Team members may work across stations including food prep, breading, fry, grill, dishes, packaging, and more, with starting pay at $20.80/hour, flexible day/evening hours, free employee meals, health care and 401k, Sundays closed, and opportunities for career advancement and management roles.

Qualifications

• Put away food, boxes, product, produce, and supplies delivered from vendors to correct placement in the restaurant
• Maintaining a clean kitchen including all dishes and equipment

About the Job

Team members are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through consistently providing friendly, responsive service, great food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests.

Kitchen Team Membersmay work in a variety of stations including food prep, breading, fry station, grill station, dishes, packaging, trash removal etc.

Responsibilities

• Create a food safe environment by ensuring all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidelines are followed

• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards

• Put away food, boxes, product, produce, and supplies delivered from vendors to correct placement in the restaurant

• Maintaining a clean kitchen including all dishes and equipment

Minimum qualifications

• Must be able work on Saturdays

• Able to work at a quick, efficient and thorough pace in a kitchen

• Able to stand and/or walk during shift and move freely throughout the kitchen, restaurant, indoors and outdoors

• Able to work indoors and outdoors

• Able to reach, bend, stoop, lift and/or carry up to 75 pounds

• Able to go up and down from ladders

• Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior

• Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in cooking, breading, frying, prep, and dishwashing a plus

• Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
