BENFINITA MODERN ITALIAN in Louisville, KY is hiring a Kitchen Team Member (Prep Cook / Line Cook / Kitchen Assistant). You will prepare ingredients from scratch and support daily prep and line service in a fast-paced kitchen.

We value a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Prior kitchen experience is helpful but training is provided; evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Kitchen Team Member (Prep Cook / Line Cook / Kitchen Assistant)

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

We're looking for motivated, dependable team members to join the kitchen at our upscale casual, modern Italian restaurant. Our menu is built from scratch, with nearly all of our ingredients prepared in-house. If you take pride in quality, enjoy learning new skills, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

This is a versatile kitchen position where every day is different. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing fresh ingredients and recipes from scratch

• Assisting with daily prep and food production

• Working the line during lunch and dinner service

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen

• Following recipes, food safety, and sanitation standards

• Working closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional food and service

• Helping wherever needed to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen
