Job summary

Chick-fil-A restaurant in Leander, TX is seeking Team Members to join the back of house operations. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently, supporting leadership in maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

All shifts require a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team. Eligible team members gain growth and development opportunities and a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Must be consistent and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Execute back of house operations with excellence.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know and follow assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep).
• Complete checklists and tasks with excellence.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and changes.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Execute back of house operations with excellence.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Complete checklists and tasks with excellence.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment, and report any maintenance issues to leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training, and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Know and follow organizational standards.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned
