Cumberland Food Hall on the University of Tennessee campus is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for Knoxville Ghost Kitchen. You’ll handle grill, line, and expo duties, prep and plate dishes to spec, and help maintain fast, accurate service in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have expo/grill/line experience, knowledge of food safety, and reliability. Flexible scheduling and room to advance into lead roles are offered.

Knoxville Ghost Kitchen is hiring experienced Kitchen Team Members at Cumberland Food Hall on the University of Tennessee campus. We're looking for cooks who know how to keep a line moving, hold their station, and get clean, accurate plates out fast.

What you'll do:

• Work grill, line, and expo stations as needed
• Prep, cook, and plate menu items to spec
• Call and run tickets on expo to keep orders accurate and on time
• Keep stations stocked, clean, and food-safe throughout the shift
• Work with the team to hit ticket times during high-volume rushes

Requirements:

• Experience on expo, grill, and line (required)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Reliable, on time, and a strong team player
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
