Knoxville Ghost Kitchen in Knoxville, TN is hiring team members for a fast-paced campus kitchen located at Cumberland Food Hall on UT campus. Pay ranges from $16–$22 per hour, with opportunity to grow and advance within the crew.

You’ll prep ingredients, stock the line, and assemble orders quickly while following food safety standards. We value reliability, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm when the rush hits.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or food service preferred or willingness to learn.
• Ability to keep up in busy periods and stay calm under heat.
• Punctual and reliable; shows up on time.
• Works well with a team and brings positive energy to shifts.
• Able to stand for a full shift and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prep fresh ingredients and keep the line stocked.
• Cook and assemble orders quickly and accurately.
• Keep station clean and pass a white-glove inspection.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Help teammates during rushes.
