Job summary

Chick-fil-A, Inc. is seeking Team Members in a fast-paced, guest-focused role at COR Restaurant Services, LLC. Team Members greet guests, prepare food, and ensure quality and safety while upholding the brand’s hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
Serving in kitchen roles while maintaining food safety, quality, and speed of service.
Taking orders, explaining and suggesting menu items; handling edits quickly and efficiently.
Preparing food items for cooking.
Demonstrating knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
Frying, baking, or cooking food items.
Resolving guest complaints promptly and properly.
Assembling, wrapping, and packaging food for final assembly.
Maintaining brand standards in products and guest experiences.
Monitoring product hold times to ensure quality and safety.
Assisting in opening and/or closing procedures.
