Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Deli Host to engage customers, maintain a clean deli area, and stock/prepare deli items with friendly service. No prior experience required, as full training is provided.

You will support the deli and other areas as needed, ensuring food safety and quality while working in a fast-paced retail environment at our Jonesboro location.

Qualifications

• No experience? We will teach you!
• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in preparation guides.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
