Job summary

Chick-fil-A Forest Drive is hiring a Back of House Team Member. No experience is required as training will be provided. You will support the BOH team to ensure orders are prepared quickly and accurately, in a friendly, guest-focused manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of kitchen assignments for all stations.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed throughout the shift.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes and new products.
• Maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude while preparing orders.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned during the shift.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A Forest Drive rules and dress code.

Job Title: Back of House (Kitchen) Team Member

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities include but are not limited to...

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently all while meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed throughout the shift.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times of day.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes and all new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Maintain a positive and guest-focused attitude while preparing orders.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all Chick-fil-A Forest Drive rules and regulations and Chick-fil-A Forest Drive dress code at all times.

Back of House Team Member Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States, 16 years old at time of hire and have a reliable source of transportation.
• Ability to handle all equipment, navigate shelving both high and low and mobility are required during shifts.
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required as well as working well under pressure.
