Chick-fil-A is seeking Back of House Team Members to join ourDebbie Ln & Matlock Rd location. You’ll prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently, upholding Chick-fil-A standards and a positive guest experience.

You'll work across kitchen stations, stock and maintain a clean workspace, and stay current with product rollouts. A team-driven culture and opportunities for growth are emphasized in a supportive, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep the kitchen neat and orderly.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned and stay up-to-date on product changes.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
