Our commissary kitchen in East Cambridge is the heart of our operation. We work with the highest percentage of local and organic food of any restaurant in the Northeast, sourcing produce directly from New England farms to create our renowned dishes. We produce all our food from scratch, bake bread daily, and host weekly food development meetings.
Kitchen Team Members can start in food prep or bakery, working with a talented team experienced in the food industry. Responsibilities include following recipes, assisting in food prep or baking, tasting for quality, maintaining cleanliness, and working collaboratively.
The hiring process may include a Practical Interview, providing an opportunity for hands-on experience and to learn about Clover culture.
