Job Summary

Provides personalized, exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy.

Essential Functions

• Consistently provides excellent guest service and hospitality.
• Demonstrates proper personal hygiene and food safety practices.
• Maintains a neat, well-groomed uniformed appearance.
• Follows restaurant policies on attendance, respectful conduct, and all other policies.
• Assists guests with product knowledge and promotional information upon request.
• Follows company safety standards and looks out for the safety of team members and guests.
• Completes the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist accurately.
• Handles guest comments promptly and courteously.
• Performs primary and secondary position responsibilities timely and accurately.
• Provides backup support as needed.
• Assists with additional tasks upon manager request.
• Answers the telephone courteously and professionally.
• Prepares quality products, maintaining portion control and presentation within service times.
• Attends all team meetings.
