As a Deli Host, your role involves more than daily tasks. You will interact with people from diverse backgrounds, brightening their day with excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, well-stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

1. Provide general customer service, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
3. Accurately prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups, etc.
4. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure proper food safety conditions using various methods and technologies.
5. Participate in cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles as needed.
6. Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
