Job Description: Deli Host at Love’s

Welcome to Love’s! As a Deli Host, your role involves engaging with customers from all walks of life, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

1. Perform general customer service duties, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
3. Accurately prepare deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups according to designated preparation guides.
4. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions using various methods and technologies.
5. Cross-training opportunities may include roles in Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership.
6. Physical requirements include the ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
