Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a Server at The Residence at Bala Cynwyd to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests in a warm, restaurant-style setting.

Full-time and part-time positions available with weekend shifts required. Competitive hourly pay ($15.50–$17.25) and health, vision, dental coverage, 401(k), PTO, and holiday pay. Tuition reimbursement and team-oriented culture offered.

Qualifications

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Assure timely, accurate meal orders and dining service.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards; support event and meal program execution.
